Allways ("we", "our", or "us") is a task management application available on macOS, iOS, and the web. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides a PostgreSQL database with row-level security. This means your data is isolated and only accessible to your authenticated account.

Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-native encrypted storage (Keychain on iOS, encrypted SharedPreferences on Android, and localStorage on web).

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• PostHog — Anonymous product analytics
• Google OAuth — Optional sign-in provider
• Expo / EAS — Mobile app build and distribution

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and export your data at any time
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of analytics tracking

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data (tasks, lists, settings) will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymous analytics data may be retained in aggregate form.

8. Children's Privacy

Allways is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Allways after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
