By accessing or using Allways ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to all versions of Allways, including the macOS desktop app, iOS mobile app, and web application.
Allways is a task management application that helps you stay organized by keeping your tasks visible across your applications. The service includes task creation and management, custom lists, cross-device syncing, an always-on-top desktop sticky bar, and an iOS home screen widget.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Allways (tasks, lists, notes, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your content at any time.
We strive to keep Allways available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
We reserve the right to update the App, add or remove features, and change these terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using Allways and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms other users or the service.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Allways is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allways and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Allways shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
